Paul Walker Tribute Video: Fast & Furious’ Farewell to One of the Good Guys

The Fast & Furious franchise has put together a moving tribute video honoring the late Paul Walker, featuring some of his best moments from the films.

Whether you liked his work or not, the actor was beloved by fans, friends and co-workers as a generous, humble, loving and down-to-earth human being.

He was also, for lack of a better word, hot. The chiseled, blond, blue-eyed Walker was a talented actor, but also a sight for sore eyes in all of his movies.

We doubt any ladies will argue with us on that point.

All of his enduring qualities shine through in the above video, a homage to Walker’s FBI agent turned guerilla street racer and good-guy heist perpetrator Brian O’Conner.

The tribute takes us through Brian’s first meeting with Vin Diesel’s Dominic Toretto to his becoming a parent with Jordanna Brewster’s Mia in Fast 6.

From the hardcore F&F faithful to those who just want to see Paul in his prime, the video has something for everyone, and may elicit some tears.

Starting with 2001’s The Fast & the Furious, Walker co-starred with Diesel, Brewster, Tyrese, Michelle Rodriguez, Ludacris, Sung Kang and The Rock.

The seventh movie is on hiatus in the aftermath of the tragic car crash in which Paul Walker died Saturday in Santa Clarita, Calif., with a close friend.

Paul was 40. Roger Rodas was 38.

Universal has confirmed that production on Fast & Furious 7 is on hold indefinitely as they sort out what, if anything, to do with completed footage.

“Right now, all of us at Universal are dedicated to providing support to Paul’s immediate family and our extended Fast & Furious family,” the studio said.

“At this time we feel it is our responsibility to shut down production on Fast & Furious 7 for a period of time so we can assess all options available.”

“We are committed to keeping Fast & Furious fans informed. Until then, we know they join us in mourning the passing of our dear friend Paul Walker.”
