Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West welcomed their their children, daughter Chicago West, on 15 January to join their other children, daughter North and son Saint.
The couple welcomed Chicago via a surrogate mother, as Kim was told having a third pregnancy would be dangerous for her health.
Opening up in the April issue of Elle Magazine, 36 year old Kim revealed how she plans to only have four children.
She said: “I don’t think I could handle more than that. My time is spread really thin.
“And I think it’s important that in all couples, the mom give the husband as much attention as the kids.”
Opening up on using a gestational carrier to have Chicago, Kim revealed that though she hated being pregnant, she struggled with not being able to carry her youngest child.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star said: “I hated being pregnant. But as much as I hated it, I still wished I could have done it on my own.
“The control is hard at the beginning. Once you let that go, it’s the best experience. I would recommend surrogacy for anybody.”
She also revealed that she and husband Kanye are a good balance for each other as husband and wife, saying: “He’s taught me to have more of an opinion. I’ve taught him to be a bit more calm or cautious. We’re a good balance.”
She also revealed that she cares less about what people think of her, saying: “At the beginning, I looked at people’s opinions. Now I’m content in my life, and I don’t care.
“The things that make me happy now are different. But I swear you have to be born for this. It’s not for everyone. I know I can handle it.”
