Carole Middleton, the mother of Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton, has caused outrage after selling a blood-spattered Halloween costume on her website Party Pieces.
The website was seen selling the “Zombie Sleeping Princess Costume” for girls as young as four, which features a blood-soaked gown and exposed bones.
A friend of Princess Diana has reportedly branded the costume choice as “sick”, following the death of the beloved Princess Diana back in 1997.
Simone Simmons, a friend of Diana’s, told the Daily Star: “This is sicker than sick.

A royal fan added: “It’s outrageous for Carole to sell a costume like that with the word ‘princess’ in the title. What was she thinking?”
Describing the costume, Party Pieces’ website read: “Our Zombie Sleeping Princess costume in pink includes a dress with chest print detail.
